Limiting Employee Access to Information
The Bank limits employee access to personally identifiable information to those with a business reason for knowing such information. The Bank educates its employees so that they will understand this policy and the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy. Bank employees who violate this policy will be subject to appropriate disciplinary measures.

Protection of Information
The Bank maintains and follow appropriate security standards and procedures designed to safeguard against unauthorized access to and disclosure of confidential customer information. The Bank is continually assessing new technology as it becomes available in order to continue to best protect the customers' privacy.

Maintaining Customer Privacy in Business Relationships with Third Parties

The Bank may share nonpublic personal information with an unaffiliated third party it hires or contracts with to provide support or services for one or several of its products or services offered to the customer as permitted by law.
